NOTES: We only accept payment through PayPal for purchase.
Should postal address be provided with incorrect or inadequate information resulting in non-delivery, customers will be charged the additional postal charges so incurred.
A signature is required for all orders that are delivered by our courier services. Someone must be at your delivery address to sign for your parcel between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Monday to Friday. Please send it somewhere it can be reliably signed for, like your place of work, a neighbour.

Where are the Battery is sent from?
The battery will be deliveried by Yodel, Evri or Royal mail from our local UK wareouse within 24 hour when we receive the payment.
How is my total delivery time determined?
The total delivery time for your order is calculated from the time your order is placed until the time you receive it. The diagram below shows how the Total Delivery Time is broken down into pre-ship processing time and shipping time.
Pre-Ship Processing Time is the time it takes from when you submit your order to when the product leaves the warehouse. This time is needed for products that are shipped to you directly from our manufacturers. The manufacturers need this time to fulfill your order and in some cases, custom build the product.
Shipping time is measured from when your order leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your home or office.
All shipping will be done via Yodel, Evri or Royal mail unless otherwise stated. We ship to United Kingdom and Part of Europe.

- We only ship products to: United Kingdom and Part of Europe.
- Local pick up is not available.
- All UK orders will be shipped via Yodel, Evri or Royal mail Delivery unless otherwise stated, the transit time will normally be 3-5 business days. For orders part of Europe, they will normally be shipped by DHL, the transit time will normally be 8-10 business days.
- Please provide the full and accurate address for shipment. Should incorrect or incomplete postal address be provided with, resulting in non-delivery, customers will be charged the additional delivery fee if a replacement or exchange item is required.
- We only ship to the confirmed address provided by PayPal. Before you pay, please make sure your address in PayPal matches the address you would like us to ship to. If you want to change the address, please email us in advance. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address. Additional delivery charge will be imposed should request for change of postal address be made after goods have delivered.
- We usually send items the next business day after payment has been received (Sat < Sun excluded). If you haven’t received your item(s) in time, please email info@power-tool-battery.co.uk or have a check with your local Post Office.
- If an item is lost during delivery, our customer support team will try to resolve the matter in the most acceptable way to both parties concerned.

Shipping Policy
We do not exclude the possibility that our products may run out of stock in our local warehouse. In this case, we reserve the right to ship the products from our warehouse in Germany without any additional fees.
Refund
After we have issued a refund authorization to the your Paypal account, credit will appear on the customer’s statement within one to two billing cycles, depending on the time required for the card issuing bank to processsuch transaction.
Credit will be issued for part cost, tax and deliveryless any re-stocking fees (where applicable). Delivery and Service Charges will not be refunded in all cases. Refunds will be made with the same method of payment as the original order. Credit card refunds will only be made to the same card used for the original purchase.
